Lark Creatives is looking for a strategic and creative Brand
Associate to take ownership of our brand because we believe that the
agency building brands for others should have one of the strongest
brands of all. If you understand how powerful brand storytelling,
design consistency, and digital presence can elevate a company—you
might be the right fit.

What you'll do
• Own and evolve the Lark Creatives brand—its voice, visuals, and
visibility.
• Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy across all
platforms.
• Manage our social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) with
engaging, on-brand content.
• Oversee and update our website to reflect our capabilities, case
studies, and evolving story.
• Collaborate with leadership and creative teams to promote our work
and values.
• Monitor brand performance and audience engagement, and refine
strategy accordingly.
What we're looking for
• 2+ years’ experience in brand management, marketing, or creative
strategy.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, digital branding, and
content strategy.
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite) and CMS
platforms (Webflow, WordPress).
• Excellent communication skills—both visual and verbal.
